Costs
The Dutch Healthcare Authority (Nederlandse Zorgautoriteit) sets the prices for the care we provide.
The following prices have applied since 1 January 2026:
These costs will not be deducted from your excess,
but the costs of, for example, medication will be.
Health insurance
If all your insurance details are known and correct,
we will send the bill directly to your insurance company.
That is why you should always bring your health insurance card and ID card or passport or driving licence with you when you come to an appointment with us.
If your details are incomplete,
you will have to pay the costs immediately before you leave.
You can do so using cash, or a debit or credit card.
We will give you a bill which you can take home with you
and then send to your insurance company yourself.
Medication costs
If the GP prescribes medication
which you then collect from the out-of-hours pharmacy,
you will be required to pay the costs.
Referral costs
The costs of the care we provide at the emergency out-of-hours GP service are reimbursed.
These costs will not be deducted from your excess.
However, we will sometimes need to refer you to hospital, for example to A&E or the department of neurology.
Additional costs may well be incurred in such situations.
You should ask your health insurer which costs you will be reimbursed for.
It is important to know how things stand.
Our GPs cannot check this for you.
Telephone costs
Our telephone number is +31 (0)24 352 35 79.
You should no longer call our old 0900 number because it is more expensive to do so!
We are going to stop using the 0900 number at the end of this year!
