How does it work?

1. Check online first

First of all you should ask yourself the following question:
Can my medical issue wait until my own GP surgery reopens?

If you are in any doubt, you should use the online consultation option:

2. Chat with us

If you have an urgent medical issue, you can chat with us first.

How does that work?

  1. You first have to answer a few questions online.
    That way we will quickly know how we can help.
  2. If appropriate, you can submit one or more photos.
    Our staff will then get a better picture of what is going on.
  3. You will receive a text message when it is your turn.
  4. You should be able to chat with us within 30 minutes.

The advantage of this is that you will not have to wait in a phone queue.
We should be able to assist you from the comfort of your own home.

3. Contact by telephone

If you would still prefer to call, your call will be handled by a specially trained assistant.
